Texas Schools & Real Innovation.
Texas deserves schools that are funded constitutionally, modernized for the future, and empowered to prepare our children for tomorrow’s world.
For too long, politicians have forced schools to rely on unconstitutional property taxes — a burden that has crushed seniors, veterans, widows, and working families. The Texas Constitution already provides a lawful funding system. We don’t need new taxes. We need leaders who will follow the law.
By removing the ARB Boards and restoring our Constitution, we return nearly $600 million to $1 billion back into our public schools every year.
That means over $66,000 more per school, without raising a single tax.
But funding alone won’t make Texas a leader.
Property Tax Freedom
Restoring Fairness for Texas Homeowners
Restoring Fairness for Texas Homeowners
Texans deserve protection from runaway appraisals and crushing tax increases. I support capping unfair appraisal spikes, ending abusive tax practices, and restoring the promise of real homeownership — not a system where families fear losing their homes simply for living in them.
Support for Veterans & First Responders
Honoring Heros With Real Support
Texas must honor our veterans, first responders, and surviving families who sacrificed for our safety. I support expanding access to vital services, cutting delays, improving benefits, and strengthening protections for those who risk their lives for us. Their service deserves respect matched by real action.

AI-Powered Classrooms for a Stronger Texas
AI is not a threat — it is the most powerful tool our students have ever had.
With AI, we can:
-
Improve learning
-
Support students with ADHD and learning challenges
-
Reduce wasted administrative spending
-
Help teachers teach
-
Prepare our kids for 21st and 22nd-century jobs
-
Ensure Texas remains competitive globally
If we refuse AI, we become the wagon wheel while the world already drives electric cars.
Texas must lead — not fall behind.
A strong Texas future requires strong Texas schools — modern, constitutional, and built for innovation.
Safer Communities & Better Infrastructure
Secure Neighborhoods. Strong Roads. Reliable Growth.
Roads and Public Safety That Keep Up With Our Growth
Collin County deserves safer roads, responsive law enforcement, and infrastructure that supports our rapidly growing communities. I support giving first responders the tools they need, improving traffic flow, modernizing transportation, and ensuring taxpayer dollars go to projects that actually make our communities stronger.
Government Transparency & Accountability
Your Government Should Answer to You
Leadership That Works for the People — Not Themselves
Texans deserve honesty, transparency, and accountability in every part of government. I support clear decision-making, open records, financial oversight, and real consequences for those who misuse taxpayer money. Government should answer to the people — and I intend to make sure it does.
Support The Texas Tax Property fight.

Strong Texas Communities
Texas grows when families can afford to stay in their homes and small businesses can afford to keep their doors open. The mission: safer communities, lower burdens, stronger families.
Texans Standing Togerther
This movement is about unity. Texans helping Texans. Homeowners, seniors, workers, and families standing shoulder to shoulder for fairness, rights, and future of our state.
Texans deserve healthcare that is affordable, transparent, and free of government waste. My plan focuses on cost reduction, medical freedom, and improving access without raising taxes on working families
Schools deserve stable funding — but not by forcing families out of their homes. Texas already has constitutional tools for school funding that don’t rely on runaway appraisals.
We can protect teachers, support students, and stop abusive tax hikes at the same time.

Texas Energy Future — Clean, Safe, Carbon-Free Power
Texas Energy Security & Grid Resilience
Texas has more than wind and oil.
Texas has uranium, natural gas, critical minerals, skilled labor, and energy infrastructure capable of powering the future — if we design the grid correctly.
The problem is not energy scarcity.
The problem is grid vulnerability.
A single, centralized grid creates single points of failure. When one major transmission line, transformer, or control system fails, entire regions lose power.
Texas must move toward a modular, resilient energy system designed to protect communities — not just transmit electricity.
Community-Resilient Power & Microgrids
I support modern grid design that allows communities to operate independently when necessary, through:
• Community microgrids
• Distributed backup generation
• Localized switchgear and substations
• Grid “islanding” during emergencies
Under this model:
• Each community has localized backup power
• Critical infrastructure (hospitals, water systems, communications) stays online
• Failures in one region do not cascade statewide
This is how Texas protects itself from:
• Winter storms
• Extreme heat
• Cyber threats
• Equipment failures
Backup Generation as Grid Protection
Backup generators should not only serve individual buildings — they should support the grid itself.
I support:
• Strategically placed community-scale generators
• Redundant systems that automatically engage during outages
• Underground or hardened installations where appropriate
• Fuel diversity, including natural gas, diesel, and emerging technologies
When the main grid fails, communities should not be left in the dark waiting for restoration.
Carbon-Free & Reliable Energy Options
Texas should responsibly evaluate carbon-free baseload energy, including:
• Small Modular Reactors (SMRs)
• Advanced nuclear fuel technologies
• Secure domestic uranium supply chains
• Energy storage paired with generation
These options offer:
• Zero carbon emissions
• High safety standards
• Reliable power for data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing
• Grid stability during peak demand
Texas can lead — not follow — in energy innovation without sacrificing safety or reliability.
A Grid Built to Protect Texans
Energy policy should serve people first.
That means:
• Protecting communities
• Keeping families safe during outages
• Supporting economic growth
• Strengthening national and state security
Texas has the resources.
Texas has the talent.
What we need is smart design and responsible leadership.
Powering The Future of AI & Industry.
Texas is becoming the home of the future — AI companies, chip manufacturers, robotics labs, aerospace innovation, and massive data centers are all moving here. Every one of them needs enormous amounts of electricity.
But Texas cannot power the future with yesterday’s grid.
That’s why I support bringing Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technology — the safest, cleanest, carbon-free energy system in the world — to Texas.
Why SMRs Matter
• Up to 300 MW of clean, carbon-free power per unit
• Zero emissions, zero pollution
• The highest safety rating of any energy technology
• Strong grid reliability during storms
• Power for schools, hospitals, communities, and next-gen industries
• Supports AI, data centers, chip facilities, and robotics tech
Texas must lead — not fall behind.
Protecting Texans & Our Resources
Texas has the land, the minerals, the workforce, and the innovation culture to dominate the next century of energy.
As your Representative, I will support legislation that:
• Ensures Texans benefit first from new energy development
• Protects Texas communities and mineral rights
• Creates thousands of high-paying energy jobs
• Keeps power cheap, strong, safe, and free of federal interference
A strong Texas future requires a strong Texas grid — clean, safe, and built for the next 100 years.

An Extraordinary Opportunity for Texas
Texas stands at the center of the next great transformation — energy, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence are converging at the same moment in history.
To understand where we’re going, it helps to understand the tools shaping that future.
Key Terms You Should Be Familiar With
Generator
A generator produces electricity independently from the main grid. Generators are used for backup power during outages and can support homes, businesses, hospitals, and entire communities when grid power fails.
Community Backup Generation
Instead of relying only on individual buildings, communities can share large-scale backup generators connected at substations or switchgear. This allows neighborhoods, schools, and critical services to remain powered during emergencies.
Microgrid / Community Grid
A microgrid is a localized energy system that can operate independently if the main grid goes down. Microgrids improve reliability, prevent cascading failures, and give communities greater resilience.
Switchgear & Distribution Infrastructure
Switchgear controls how electricity flows through a community. Modern switchgear allows sections of the grid to isolate safely, preventing one failure from shutting down entire regions.
Solar Energy
Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity. When paired with storage or backup generation, solar can contribute to local energy resilience and reduce strain on the grid.
Small Modular Reactor (SMR)
An SMR is a next-generation nuclear energy system designed with enhanced safety, smaller physical footprint, and carbon-free baseload power. SMRs are designed to provide reliable electricity where large plants are not practical.
Uranium & Nuclear Fuel
Texas has access to uranium resources that can support secure domestic fuel supply chains. Responsible fuel management strengthens energy independence and grid stability.
Why This Moment Matters
Artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, data centers, and automation are driving unprecedented demand for reliable electricity.
Projects like Stargate and other AI infrastructure initiatives require:
• Constant, uninterrupted power
• Grid stability
• Energy security
• Long-term planning
Texas has the land, the workforce, the resources, and the innovation culture to lead — if we modernize how we think about energy and infrastructure.
This is not just an energy conversation.
It is an economic, security, and generational opportunity.
An Extraordinary Opportunity for Texas
1: The Dallas / TxDOT Toll Road Double-Tax Case
Case No.: 3:25-cv-2317-S (U.S District Court)
Issue: Illegal double taxation through toll surcharges
Status: Active
Summary:
Dallas, through TxDOT and related agencies, continues to impose toll surcharges after the voter authorization period expired. Under Texas law and the Texas Constitution, no new tax, fee, or surcharge can continue without clear voter approval.
This creates a double tax on Texans — paying property tax AND paying toll tax — without legal authority.
I filed this case to stop unconstitutional taxation that affects thousands of North Texans every single day.
2: The Appraisal District “Ghost Value” Case
Case No.: 493-06592-2025 (Collin County)
Appeal No.: 05-25-01504-CV
Issue: Appraisal districts creating false or “ghost” property values
Status: On appeal
Summary:
I challenged the appraisal district for inflating my property value based on imaginary future numbers — values that do not exist, have no market data, and violate constitutional due process.
Appraisal districts cannot invent numbers to raise taxes.
They cannot punish homeowners with “ghost values.”
This case is about protecting every Texas homeowner from runaway appraisals and unlawful ARB practices.
3: The HUB / Texas Comptroller Constitutional Challenge
Case No.: 4:25-cv-1361 (U.S District Court)
Defendant: Acting Texas Comptroller Kelly Hancock
Issue: Unconstitutional rulemaking & separation-of-powers violations
Status: Filed December 9, 2025
Summary:
The Comptroller created and enforced HUB rules without legislative authority, violating:
• The Texas Constitution
• Separation of Powers
• Administrative Procedure Act
• Equal Protection principles
This system creates arbitrary classifications, harms Texas businesses, and allows the executive branch to act like the legislature.
This case is not just about HUB.
It is about stopping any agency from creating its own laws without the vote of the people.
My Legal Battles for the People of Texas
4. Federal Constitutional Property Tax Challenge
Court: U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas (Sherman Division)
Case No.: 4:25-CV-1407-O
Status: Active (Summons Issued)
Defendants:
Governor of Texas; Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts; Texas Commissioner of Education; Collin County appraisal officials.
Issue:
This federal case challenges Texas’s reliance on local property taxes to fund statewide obligations, including public education. The suit argues that the State has shifted its constitutional duty onto homeowners, creating an unequal and coercive tax structure.
Summary:
Texas is constitutionally required to provide and maintain an efficient system of public education. Instead of funding that duty at the state level, officials rely on ever-increasing local property taxes administered by appraisal districts and enforced through state policy.
This case seeks declaratory and injunctive relief to restore constitutional accountability, prevent unlawful taxation practices, and stop the use of local property taxes as a substitute for state responsibility.
These cases are why I’m running.
I didn’t start running for office because I wanted power. I started running because Texans were being crushed in courtroom across the state.
When government agencies fail, when they break their own laws, when they double-tax us, when they crush homeowners — someone has to stand up.
Most people don’t have the time or resources to take these battles on.
So I did.
Here are the cases I have filed — not for myself, but for every Texan who is tired of unconstitutional taxation, unlawful government overreach, and elected officials who forgot who they work for.
The system is broken.
Too many Texans get steamrolled by agencies with unlimited power.
Because elected officials stopped fighting for us.
Because our laws must apply equally to the government — not just to the people.
I am not a politician.
I am a fighter.
I am already in this battle.
Now I am asking you to join me — so together, we can restore fairness, protect homeowners, and make Texas stronger than ever.

The conditions shown here did not develop overnight.
They reflect long-term neglect across multiple year. The conditions shown here are fixable. A state representative’s role is not to manage roads directly, but to ensure communities are prioritized, properly funded, and not ignored. Representation means showing up, asking hard questions, and making sure state resources reach the towns that need them.
