Don’t Believe the Noise — Texans Are United, and the Media Wants Us to Forget It

Turn on the TV and you’d think America is tearing itself apart.
You’d think neighbors hate each other.
You’d think Texas is divided.
You’d think every issue is left vs. right, red vs. blue, north vs. south.
You’d think people scream at each other in the streets.
You’d think nobody cares anymore.
But that picture is FALSE.
The media feeds us noise because noise keeps us afraid, confused, and divided.
And divided people don’t unite.
Divided people don’t rise up.
Divided people don’t demand change.
Divided people don’t hold politicians accountable.
So the noise continues — by design.
⭐ 1. Our Politicians Want Us Angry Because Anger Keeps Them in Power
It’s a trick as old as politics itself:
“If you vote this way, you hate America.”
“If you disagree with me, you’re the enemy.”
“They are the problem.”
It’s all manipulation.
It’s all division.
It’s all a distraction.
Because if we stop fighting each other…
We will realize the truth:
It’s not the people who are divided — it’s the politicians who need us divided.
⭐ 2. Your Neighbor Isn’t Your Enemy — Look Around You
I have lived in Texas my whole life.
I have worked in:
• Highland Park
• Dallas
• Frisco
• Rockwall
• Prosper
• Wylie
• Nevada
• Princeton
• Plano
And let me tell you something honestly:
Texans are the KINDES, MOST LOVING people I have ever met.
Everywhere I go:
• People help each other
• People support my business
• People take care of my family
• People donate, volunteer, offer kindness
• People protect each other’s livestock, land, and property
• Neighbors look out for neighbors
• Strangers become friends
I have never once seen the hatred the news claims is everywhere.
I have seen genuine LOVE — in every corner of this state.
⭐ 3. The Media Magnifies the 1% to Manipulate the 99%
Turn on the news and they show:
• One angry protest
• One loud video
• One viral meltdown
• One person screaming
And they frame it as:
“America is falling apart.”
But it’s propaganda.
They take a tiny group of angry people…
A handful of loud voices…
A few isolated moments…
…and they blast it across every screen like it represents ALL of us.
It doesn’t.
I travel across Texas for work.
I meet thousands of people every year.
And you know what they all have in common?
They just want peace.
They want stability.
They want opportunity.
They want safety.
They want prosperity.
They want a life free from stress.
The media tells us we hate each other.
Our lived experiences prove the opposite.
⭐ 4. The Stress and Anger They Create Is Making People Sick
Division is not just political — it’s medical.
Stress:
• Raises blood pressure
• Causes heart disease
• Worsens mental health
• Breaks families
• Destroys communities
• Creates loneliness
• Fuels depression
• Makes people feel powerless
The noise is not harmless.
The noise is killing people.
⭐ 5. Texas Has the Surplus to Help Every Community — But Politicians Refuse
Texas has BILLIONS in surplus.
With that money, we could:
✔ Modernize our hospitals
✔ Lower medical bills
✔ Build mental health centers
✔ Fund addiction recovery
✔ Create real homeless facilities
✔ Provide treatment instead of neglect
✔ Support veterans
✔ Protect seniors
✔ Strengthen rural healthcare
✔ Remove unconstitutional property taxes
But instead?
Our surplus sits unused.
Our mentally ill wander the streets.
Our homeless sleep in the cold.
Our hospitals drown in debt.
Our veterans suffer in silence.
Our families struggle alone.
Because politicians prefer problems over solutions.
Problems give them power.
Solutions give power to the people.
⭐ 6. I Have Seen the World — And Everyone Loves Texans
When I traveled through Europe — especially France — the people treated me with:
• Love
• Respect
• Honor
• Hospitality
• Kindness
When I said, “I’m from Texas,” they lit up.
Strangers became family.
Why?
Because Texas has a reputation of:
• Heart
• Courage
• Strength
• Warmth
• Loyalty
• Humanity
• Freedom
Texas is loved because Texans love others.
⭐ 7. We MUST See Through the Noise — Texas Depends On It
I need Texans to understand this truth:
**Your neighbor is NOT the enemy.
The noise is.**
We MUST stop letting the media and politicians turn Americans against Americans.
Texans against Texans.
Neighbors against neighbors.
Brothers against brothers.
We must unite — because we are strongest together.
That is how Texas was born.
That is how Texas survived.
That is how Texas will rise again.
My books talk about this — Born in Blood, Heritage in the Heart of Texas, The Soul of Texas.
They are stories of endurance, unity, and survival.
And now we need that spirit more than ever.
⭐ FINAL WORD
Texas is not divided.
Texas is not hateful.
Texas is not broken.
The PEOPLE are strong.
The PEOPLE are united.
The PEOPLE love one another.
The noise is the enemy — not each other.
We must reclaim our peace.
We must reclaim our unity.
We must reclaim our Texas spirit.
And as your Representative, I will fight to use our surpluses:
• To heal mental health
• To reform hospitals
• To help the homeless
• To build treatment centers
• To bring dignity back to our communities
• To empower Texans instead of dividing them
Because Texas is family.
And family takes care of family.
