Under Texas Tax Code Sections 42 and 43, every homeowner is entitled to a fair appeal and access to a real courtroom.
And under the Texas Constitution — Article 1, Section 19 and Section 13 — every Texan is guaranteed due process and open courts.
But when hearings are rushed…
when evidence is ignored…
when ARB decisions feel predetermined…
Our rights are being violated.
Property owners — families — seniors — veterans’ widows — everyone —
are being crushed by a system that forgot its duty to the people.
I’m speaking out because I believe in fairness.
I believe in Texas.
And I believe that due process is not a privilege — it is a right.
Let’s bring the truth into the light.
Let’s fix this system together.
This is our Texas.
