There will come a day in Texas when the people stand up peacefully, powerfully, and constitutionally — and take back their voice.

Not through anger.

Not through division.

Not through fear.

But through conviction, truth, and the vote.

I call that day Texas Liberation Day.

Not because we are breaking away from anything…

but because we are breaking free from what has been holding us down.

Texas Liberation Day is the day we liberate ourselves from:

  •        Representatives who stopped listening

  •        Government that forgot its oath

  •        A system that punishes homeowners instead of protecting them

  •        A Legislature that ignored Article 7’s mandate

  •        A tax structure that crushes working families

Texas is not broken.

Our leadership is simply disconnected from the people they swore to serve.

Texas Liberation Day is not about tearing anything down —

it’s about restoring what was already written in 1876.

The right to property.

The right to due course of law.

The right to fair and honest taxation.

The right to representation that actually represents.

This is the liberation we seek.

Why Texans Need Liberation from Unfair Taxes

Every year, homeowners lose thousands — sometimes tens of thousands — to a system that grows heavier and more confusing with every session.

Families who work hard.

Seniors on fixed incomes.

Small business owners.

Young couples trying to build a life.

Parents trying to save for college.

And every year, the promise of Texas becomes harder to reach.

But the Constitution never changed.

Our rights never disappeared.

AI will help our students.

Reform will help our families.

And truth will help our state rise again.

Texas Liberation Day is not about one man.

It’s not about one fight.

It is about all of us —

our rights, our homes, our future.
