šŸ”„Ā THE TRUTH ABOUT TEXAS PROPERTY TAXES — AND WHY THE SYSTEM IS UNCONSTITUTIONALšŸ”„Ā

Texans are being crushed under a property tax system that violates the very Constitution meant to protect us.

Families are losing their homes.

Seniors are being pushed out of the communities they built.

Veterans and widows are living with fear of the next appraisal notice.

Ā

And while politicians argue, promise, stall, and campaign — Texans continue to suffer every single year.

Ā

The truth is this:

Ā

Texas does NOT have a ā€œlocalā€ property tax system anymore.

Ā

It has evolved into a statewide property tax, something that is explicitly prohibitedĀ by the Texas Constitution:

Ā

šŸ“œĀ Article 8, Section 1-e: ā€œNO STATEWIDE PROPERTY TAX.ā€

Ā

Even the Texas Supreme CourtĀ ruled that our current school finance scheme has crossed the line and now functions as a de-facto statewide tax controlled by the Legislature.

Ā

Yet nothing changes.

Ā

Why?

Ā

Because talking about reform wins elections.

Actually fixing it would end a 40-year revenue machine that the state depends on — at the expense of YOU.

Ā

šŸ”„Ā What I am fighting for

Ā

I am fighting for a Texas where:

Ā  •        Seniors can retire with dignity

Ā  •        Widows are not threatened with losing their homes

Ā  •        Veterans are not punished by the very state they defended

Ā  •        Families can afford to stay in Texas

Ā  •        Schools are funded legally and consistently

Ā  •        And the Constitution is followed — not ignored when convenient

Ā

Texans deserve honesty.

Texans deserve fairness.

Texans deserve leaders who honor their oath — not hide behind loopholes.

Ā

šŸ”„Ā School Funding Can Be Fixed WITHOUT Property Taxes

Ā

This is the part politicians never tell you:

Ā

We can fully fund Texas schools WITHOUT unconstitutional property taxes.

Ā

Why?

Ā

Because school districts do not operate on ā€œlocal taxesā€ the way people are led to believe.

The state controls:

Ā  •        The formulas

Ā  •        The caps

Ā  •        The recapture

Ā  •        The redistribution

Ā  •        The equalization

Ā

The current system is already a state responsibility, disguised as ā€œlocal.ā€

Ā

The Supreme Court exposed this.

And that’s exactly why the system MUST be changed.

Ā

šŸ”„Ā Why I Filed My Lawsuit

Ā

I didn’t just talk about it.

I took action.

Ā

I filed my lawsuit because:

Ā  •        Texans deserve constitutional protection

Ā  •        Families deserve stability

Ā  •        Property ownership should NOT mean permanent rent to the government

Ā  •        And leaders who violate the Constitution mustĀ be challenged

Ā

If we don’t stand up now, then when?

If not us, then who?

Ā

The fight is here.

The fight is now.

And I’m proud to lead it.

Ā

šŸ”„Ā The Movement Has Started

Ā

I built this website and this movement for one reason:

Ā

To give Texans the truth — and a plan to take our state back.

Ā

Every blog I write, every update I post, every courtroom filing — it all ties back to one mission:

Ā

**Restore Texas to the people.

Ā

Restore the Constitution.

Restore fairness.**

Ā

You can read everything — the research, the court rulings, the constitutional breakdowns — right here:

Ā

Ā

This is our state.

Our homes.

Our families.

Our Constitution.

Ā

And together, we will take Texas back.
